Buy a pack of twenty mixed variety garlic bulbs. These will vary in size, just like the “wonky” type veg you get in the supermarket! However, they still taste amazing. The three varieties are Carcassonne, Kingsland Wight and Caulk Wight.
The picture is of the freshly harvested bulbs from the end of June 2025. The bulbs have now been dried naturally and trimmed, so they will store happily for a few months.
