Hand knit scarf / shawl, made on large 15mm needles for an open lightweight feel.
This scarf is made from 80% locally source Mohair locks and 20% silk, combining to make a super soft garment that can be worn all year round. It is made from my hand dyed, handspun yarn, making a unique item that you wont see any one else wearing!
The kettle dyeing method has produced rich tones of browns which combine beautifully with the lustre and texture of the mohair locks. Finished off with pretty fringes.
